Cancellation policy works according to the current status of your order, as follows:
• If your Order Status is “Pending”, you can cancel your order and request for a full refund.
• If your Order Status is “Approved or processing”, the order has already been put into action by the delivery team. Cancellation may be permitted and refunds may be allowed with a restocking fee of 10%.
• If your Order Status is “Shipped / Delivered” or above, the order cannot be canceled.
• You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if your Order Status is in the "Payment Received" state.
Please be aware that order for custom made products such as dresses, edibles such as meal deals, cakes, mithai, and fresh products such as flowers cannot be modified, changed, canceled and/or rescinded once your order is in process or the customization process begins. Products are individually made for your order to ensure freshness and therefore they are bespoke made for you. By placing your order at TSL you agree that your rights to Cancellation end once your order has changed Status from "Pending".
The right of cancellation/return shall not apply to bulk purchasers who must have a lawful reason for cancellation.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, any sum(s) debited from your credit card will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. |
